Instrument Lost and Found

Items are added to the lost and found daily.

Please do not make changes to this spreadsheet.

If you believe your lost item is on the list, please complete the lost and found form on Dentistry’s Intranet. Once submitted, a notification is sent the team. A team member will contact you with a time to meet and collect your item. 

If you are looking for an item that is not on the list, a detailed search can be conducted in all clinical areas including areas in Reprocessing and Dispensary.  Please double check your mobile, locker, and ask your clinic partner, as well as the Reprocessing Team to see if your instruments need to be re-cleaned.
